easter weekend 2012

well we had a wonderful easter weekend full of fun, food, and family :) i spent the day friday with my mom and younger sister mallory shopping for her new house. when we were at one of my favorite antique stores, i picked up a cute little vintage rocking horse to put in baird's big boy room. it needs a little love but it was only $15 and my momma bought it.

i spent saturday in weatherford with my mom's side of the family. my step-dad has a huge family so we enjoyed spending the day there. baird actually participated in the hunt this year, picking up a total of about 4 eggs. after we finished celebrating there, we headed to granbury and spent the evening with my dad and cynthia. sunday morning we went to church. baird through a hissy fit in the nursery so about 5 minutes into the sermon i got paged to go get him out of the nursery. he's such a diva. after church we went back to my dad's house where we had a big easter lunch. after lunch at my dad's, we headed to griffin's parents house, our last celebration of the weekend. we spent time with his family, ate some more, and watched the kids run around and hunt for eggs. overall, it was a wonderful weekend. here are a few of the pictures we captured...somehow we didn't get one of the three of us...
