House Progress

Well I am happy to say that we are finally making headway on the house. After an extremely tiring first trimester, I finally have some energy! We painted the living room last night and are going to do touch-ups tonight (well Griffin is at least because I have a date with my 2 best girlfriends tonight).

This weekend we have plans to install the beadboard in the dining room. We are going to use this wallpaper above the beadboard on the top 1/3 of the wall.

If all goes according to plan, we are going to use this in the back of the built-ins in the living room to tie the rooms together. We had to special order it from Lowe's but the good news was that it was 40% off!

I'm hoping that I can start decorating the living room this weekend while Griffin works on the dining room. I am going by Lowes today to pick up some painters' dropclothes for the window treatments in the living room. After searching far and wide for some long, neutral curtain panels, I found that they are the best deal!
