fun-filled-fall

this weekend has been crazy busy but i actually managed to get quite a bit done around the house today. griffin woke up with a migraine so, while he slept it off, i was productive.

laundry: check
dishes: check
grocery shopping: check
dyed my hair: check
watched griffin's flag football game: check
finished painting the shelves: check

fall is my favorite season of the year, not only because the weather is beautiful, but also because there is so much fun stuff going on. football is in full swing, halloween and thanksgiving are right around the corner, and i love watching the leaves change colors. basically, im just obsessed with fall. anywhooo, we have a lot of fun things planned for the fall, including...

{the birth of baby lucy} lori is being induced monday night.
{some big doctors appointments} next tuesday is my next one.
{tons of birthdays} my mom's, dad's, aunt's, sister-in-law's, 2 of my nephews, a handful of my friends.
{mom and rodney's wedding reception} celebrating their recent nuptials.
{baylor homecoming} can-not-wait.
{peanut festival} annual trip to grapeland with griffin's family.
{baby showers} one in october, one in november, and one in december.
{lord's acre} festival held every fall at aumc in granbury. i haven't been since high school :)
{thanksgiving break} i love my kiddos but am looking forward to a week off to relax.

all of this, plus continuing to prepare for our baby boy. as you can see, i'm a pretty blessed girl.

hope everyone has a wonderful sunday.

stay tuned this week for posts on the beautiful wedding i went to last night, the shelves in the nursery, and hopefully a kitchen update.

love,
maggie
