mom got hitched

saturday griffin and i had the wonderful privelage of witnessing my mom and rodney get married. we spent the day at her house getting everything ready for the family ceremony and by the time 7:00 rolled around, we were so excited!! the ceremony was basically just family, aside from a couple of my mom's closest friends. there was plenty of food, all prepared by us, an adorable cupcake cake, and tons of beautiful flowers, bought at costco and arranged by my sisters and i. the service was extremely heartfelt and emotional, and by the end of the 12 minute ceremony (i recorded it), i think almost everyone was in tears. here are a few pictures of the beautiful day.

we didn't get a picture of our entire new family, which is huge by the way, because griffin , my personal photographer, was in the picture. my mom's best friend missy took all of the wedding pictures so once i get my hands on those, i'll post some more.

now they are off to tahiti for 10 days of fun and relaxation. i could not be more more happy for my momma and more jealous that griffin and i are not there with them!
