i've been tagged: 8 questions

i was tagged by emily to answer her 8 questions... how fun!!

1. What is your favorite holiday and why?
this is a tough one. if i had to choose one though, it would definitely be christmas, not only for the significance of the birth of christ, but also for the spirit that surrounds the entire season. i love buying gifts for my family and friends and i, of course, love opening presents on christmas morning. most importantly though, i love celebrating the birth of our savior whom, without, i would be nothing.

2. Describe the best date you've ever been on. (And yes, married people I mean the best date with your husband!)
probably the first date we went in in 8th grade. we went to see what lies beneath at the movie theatre and i remember being so nervous and excited. although it took him until the credits to hold my hand, i thought it was so special. corny yes. but true, yes.

3. Which room in your house is your favorite?
probably our living/dining room... i can't pick between the two! they are definitely the most complete out of the two and it is definitely the look i am striving to achieve in the rest of the house.

4. How many kids do you want to have?
three - and no, it doesn't matter what gender to me.

5. What is your favorite quote?

6. What is the first thing you do when you get home from work?
kiss my sweet husband then decide what we are going to have/where we are going to go for dinner.


7. Do you like cold weather or hot weather
cold for sure. i prefer fall/winter to spring/summer any day of the week.


8. Do you like your middle name?
love it. it's elizabeth and if we ever have a little girl i definitely want to use it as a middle name. or perhaps a first, although griffin thinks its too old-fashioned.
