welcome everyone from Kelly's Korner...

although our nursery isn't quite complete, i wanted to link up with kelly's, show us your life: nurseries reveal. here are the most recent pictures of the room. please forgive the poor lighting in some of these pictures.

{the closet}

{the fabric}

{the bedding}

{the shelves. the crib. the wall art}

{dropcloth drapes. furniture. art}

{pillows}

we made everything from the bedding to the pillows to the drapes to the lamp shades. we purchased the crib off of craigslist for $40 and painted it ourselves. the ikea couch we already owned and i got the coffee table/storage out of my parents attic. the small red bench i had since college and i repainted it and recovered it with fabric.

our rocker is currently getting reupholstered and we are about to start on the changing table/dresser combo. we're hoping to get those both done during the next few weeks.

for more information on any of the projects that we undertook in here, or to find out how where we purchased anything, visit the nursery link on the right hand side of the blog.

Looks so good! May I ask where the wicker trunk is from? I am very much so inspired to use that as a coffee table in our not-so-large living room!

I love this room, so sweet. If I ever have a baby I am planning on using the flash cards for art. I came over from Pawleys Island Posh. Can't wait to read all the posts about your home, it is beautiful!
